Job Description:
As a Night Receptionist, you ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experience during the night. You handle arrivals, departures, and financial procedures while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle check-in, check-out and night audit procedures
- Provide excellent guest service and personalized assistance
- Promote hotel services
- Manage room allocation and payments
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Provide information and assistance to guests
Profile:
- Hospitality background
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Fluent English required (additional language is a plus)
- Strong customer service and autonomy
