    Job Description:

    Join the conferences and banquets team at InterContinental Paris Le Grand as Maître d'Hôtel Conferences and Banquets. You will be responsible for managing and organizing events, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You will play a key role in coordinating with other hotel departments and optimizing sales for your department while ensuring quality service and adherence to procedures.

    Main Responsabilities:

    • Manage events in preparation and ongoing events in the department
    • Participate in event preparation meetings
    • Act as a liaison between different services and conference center clients
    • Assist in optimizing sales for your department
    • Promote other hotel services
    • Suggest improvements for efficiency and organization in the service
    • Ensure procedures are followed and adhered to
    • Listen to client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
    • Present yourself with excellent demeanor and courtesy in all interactions
    • Ensure work is executed well by your team (Chefs de Rang, Staff, and all involved banquet staff)

    Profile:

    • Degree in hospitality/restaurant management
    • At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume banquet service
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent presentation, sense of luxury, strong client relations, and team management
