Job Description:
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of cleaning and upkeep in the assigned rooms and floors. Acting as a key link between the operational teams and the Executive Housekeeper, you coordinate room attendants and porters to deliver impeccable service in line with luxury hotel standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeepers, your tasks include:
- Supervising, leading, and motivating floor cleaning staff
- Inspecting cleanliness and set-up of rooms and public areas
- Managing inventory of linen, guest supplies, and other necessary items
- Ensuring smooth communication with other departments (front desk, maintenance, etc.)
- Guaranteeing service quality and guest satisfaction
- Training and mentoring new staff
- Enforcing hygiene, safety, and internal procedures
Profile:
- Hospitality school graduate or equivalent background
- Previous experience in a similar role in upscale hospitality
- Fluent English required
- Eye for detail, service, and excellence
- Natural leadership, team spirit, and kindness
- Discreet, organized, and reliable
