    Job Description:

    Join the Night Room Service team at InterContinental Paris Le Grand and help provide our guests with a 5-star experience, delivered with discretion and elegance.
    As Chef de Rang, you will play a central role in the in-room guest experience. A true ambassador of French luxury, you will work closely with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Reception teams to ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable service.

    Main Responsabilities:

    • Answer guest room calls and ensure efficient, personalized order taking
    • Provide courteous and attentive service, fostering a close relationship with guests
    • Be thoroughly familiar with products and menus to advise and promote offerings effectively
    • Coordinate with the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams for smooth, high-quality delivery
    • Assist in preparing VIP services and room service
    • Promote other hotel services to help optimize sales
    • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety procedures
    • Propose ideas to evolve the room service experience in a hotel undergoing modernization

    Profile:

    • Excellent presentation, impeccable demeanor, and natural courtesy
    • Significant experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in room service
    • Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
    • Strong client relations skills, attention to detail, and discretion
    • Self-sufficient, diligent, and able to work nights with professionalism
    • Knowledge of HACCP standards and 5-star service protocols
    • Team player with initiative
    • Hospitality education is a plus
