    Job Description:

    InterContinental Paris Le Grand is looking for a Chef de Partie Kitchen to join its brigade. Reporting to Executive Chef Laurent André, you will be responsible for preparing dishes within your section, in accordance with the hotel’s high standards of excellence. You will play an active role in shaping the culinary experience offered to our guests and will be accountable for quality, organization, and service consistency.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Prepare mise en place, production, and plating of dishes in your section
    • Ensure quality, cooking accuracy, and seasoning in line with technical sheets
    • Supervise, train, and support commis chefs and demi chefs de partie in your area
    • Strictly adhere to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations
    • Contribute to cost control and efficient use of raw materials
    • Propose improvements to processes and menu development
    • Participate in receiving, inspecting, and storing food deliveries

    Profile:

    • Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchens
    • Passionate about gastronomy with strong culinary skills
    • Exemplary, meticulous, creative, and detail-oriented
    • Highly organized, quick, and proactive
    • Strong team player with natural leadership abilities
    • Deep understanding of luxury standards and elegant presentation
    • Professional demeanor and positive communication
    • Familiarity with seasonal products and current culinary trends
    • Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
    • Professional English appreciated
