The Head Pastry Chef of the Café de la Paix Sophie de Bernardi unveils a trendy and fresh creation imagined in collaboration with Repetto Paris.
Over the past few years, the InterContinental Paris – Le Grand has associated with prestigious fashion designers to create ephemeral “fashion” pastries. After Barbara Bui, Elie Saab, Jean-Claude Jitrois, Stéphane Rolland and Inès de la Fressange, it’s Repetto’s turn to grab a pencil and draw a haute-couture dessert, then realized by Pastry Chef Sophie de Bernardi.
With a shape and colors inspired by the bottle of the Eau de Parfum Repetto, this treat is a subtle blend between the acidity and freshness of pink grapefruit, the sweetness of a lotus and marshmallow cream and the delicacy of the white chocolate crisp surrounding it all.
